Michael Adcock MICHAEL ADCOCK holds a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and master's and doctoral degrees from Peabody Conservatory, where he was a student of Leon Fleisher. A prizewinner in the 1996 Washington International Competition, the only piano finalist in the '95-'96 Concert Artists Guild Competition, and winner of the 1998 Lili Boulanger Memorial Award, Mr. Adcock has a versatile career as soloist and chamber musician. He teaches at the Washington (D.C.) Conservatory of Music, and divides his time each year between the Sarasota Florida Music Festival and the Musicorda Summer Festival at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. |
